In 2004, Yitran was selected as the C standard by the Echonet forum in Japan.

 In February 2006 Yitran was selected as the HomePlug Powerline Alliance’s Command and Control technology.

Also in 2006, Yitran was chosen as the chip provider for Endesa’s (the largest power utility in Spain) AMR projects – 11 million meters in Spain and another 11 million in South America.

• Two joint ventures in Japan (recently merged with Preminet) with major companies including Kinden Corporation, Panasonic Electric Works Co. Ltd. and the Kansai Electric Power Company (KEPCO).
• Microsoft and Yitran collaborated to implement Microsoft SCP (Simple Control Protocol) for Yitran’s IT800 PLC modem in a single chip.
• LG Electronics includes Yitran components in 10 of their appliances and promotes Yitran as their standard in Korea through the LNCP forum.
• Renesas licenses Yitran’s technology and offers compatible devices.
• Haier, the largest appliance company in China, promotes Yitran technology as a standard in China.
• Yitran and Planet Systems, a leading provider of PLC systems in Korea and member of the Korean PLC forum, co-developed a PLC solution for the Korean market.
• Hitachi ULSI developed a PLC module based on Yitran’s IT800 and Renesas’ H8 MCU, offering high performance at a very low cost.
